What happens immediately after I pay? +

You'll get two emails within a few minutes. The first is your invite to the Skool community where everything lives. The second is your onboarding email with your Company Readiness Audit, which identifies the exact constraint to attack first.

How does the payment plan work? +

You can pay $1,999 upfront or split it into 6 monthly payments of $399. The first $399 is charged today. The remaining five payments are billed every 30 days. Same access, same program, but pay in full saves you $395.

Is this a subscription? +

No. This is a 6-month enrollment, not a recurring subscription. You pay $1,999 once (or 6 monthly payments of $399) and you're in for the full 6 months. Nothing auto-renews. After 6 months, you can re-join if you want to continue.

When are the calls? What if I can't make every call? +

Coaching calls with Tom are every other Thursday, alternating between 10am and 2pm PT. Weekly success calls with the team are Wednesdays, alternating between 10am and 2pm. Expert workshops happen 2x a month at various times. Everything is recorded. Watch the replay on your schedule.

How much time per week does this actually take? +

Expect 2-3 hours per week between calls and sprint execution. The calls and sprints are the work of your business... not homework on top of it. Most of that time replaces things you're already doing less effectively.

Is there a refund policy? +

No. You're in for six months, and I do that on purpose, the people who get results are the ones who commit. If you're unsure, email support@impacttheory.com before you enroll rather than after.

Is Founders' Circle right for me? +
