What happens immediately after I pay? +
You'll get an email invite with instant access to our Skool community and the Company Readiness Audit — which identifies the exact constraint to attack first. The first coaching call with Tom is on April 30.
What's included in the 4-payment option? +
Same access, same founding rate, same everything. $499.50 today, $499.50 thirty days later x 3.
Is this a subscription? +
No. This is a one-time enrollment for a 6-month program, not a recurring subscription. You pay $1,998 once (or 2 payments of $999) and you're in for the full 6 months. Nothing auto-renews. After 6 months, you can re-apply if you want to continue.
What if the founding rate is $1,998 but the price goes to $2,500 later, am I locked in? +
Yes. If you choose to continue after the first six months, you'll be locked in at the Founding Member rate as long as you remain a member of Founders' Circle in good standing.
When is the first live call with Tom? +
April 30. Founding members are in the room from day one. All sessions are recorded if you can't attend live, but live attendance gets priority for Q & A.
How much time does this actually take per week? +
The calls and sprints are the work of your business, not homework on top of it. Expect 2-3 hours per week between calls and sprint execution. Most of that replaces things you're already doing less effectively.
Is there a refund policy? +
No. You were accepted through an application process specifically so both sides are confident this is the right fit. If you're still unsure, email support@impacttheory.com before enrolling.
I'm a current ZTF member. Do I keep paying for both? +
No. When you join The Founders' Circle, your ZTF subscription stops billing. You'll keep full access to the ZTF community as part of your FC membership so you're not losing anything.
Can I get a credit for my last ZTF payment? +
Yes, you're eligible for a pro-rated credit based on your ZTF membership. To claim it, select the payment plan option at checkout (2x $999), then email support@impacttheory.com. We'll calculate your credit based on your most recent ZTF payment and how long you've been a member, and apply it to your second FC payment.
