I run a [specific type of business]. Will this work for me?
The system isn't built for a specific business model, it's built for a specific stage. I used it to build a protein bar company, a media company, and a video game studio. The constraint isn't unique to your industry. It's unique to your stage.
I'm not quite at $10K a month yet. Should I join?
If you have paying customers and you're close, come in, you'll get a lot out of it. If you don't have paying customers yet, Zero to Founder is the right room and I'd rather you go there first.
Either way, know what you're walking into. If you don't have product-market fit, I won't spend live call time on what to sell, how to price a first offer, or how to find a first client. Here we work on what comes after that.
I'm already maxed out. How do I add a program on top of everything else?
You don't add it on top, you replace what isn't working. The sprints ARE the work of your business. You're not doing homework. You're fixing the actual constraint that's capping your growth right now.
How is this different from Zero to Founder?
ZTF is for founders building toward consistent revenue, getting to $10K/month, finding product-market fit, learning the fundamentals.
FC is for founders past that point. You get twice-monthly live coaching with Tom, weekly success calls, expert workshops, and a smaller room of revenue-qualified peers. Different stage, different room, different level of access.
When are the calls? What if I can't make every call?
Coaching calls with Tom are every other Thursday alternating between 10am and 2pm PT. Weekly success calls with the team are Wednesdays alternating between 10am and 2pm. Expert workshops happen 2x a month at various times.
Everything is recorded. Watch the replay on your schedule.
Is there a refund policy?
No. You're in for six months. I do that on purpose, the people who get results are the ones who commit, and a refund policy just invites you to keep one foot out the door.
What happens after 6 months?
You re-join if you want to continue. The goal is to install a system you can run independently. If you leave after 6 months with a working operating system, the program did its job.
How much time per week is this actually going to take?
Expect 2-3 hours per week between calls and sprint execution. The calls and sprints are the work of your business though, not homework on top of it. Most of that time replaces things you're already doing less effectively.
How does the payment plan work?
You can pay $1,999 upfront or make 6 monthly payments of $399. Your first payment unlocks access, and the remaining five payments are charged every 30 days. Pay in full and save $395.
When do doors close and when does the cohort start?
Doors close Sunday, August 23 at 11:59pm PT. The cohort kicks off Monday, August 24. I don't have a date for when we'll open again.
